Welcome and Keynote Address by Lara Holliday: Find Your Emprise to Uplevel Your Impact
Lara will welcome you to the Rising Higher Summit with a guide for how to make the most of this event and your participation in the Tide Risers community. She will also share her design framework that enables us to live our most fulfilling lives in service of the greater good. Called the Emprise, which Lara first introduced publicly in a recent TedX talk, this design framework is based on Tide Risers Leadership Principles and is an accessible and powerful framework for all of us.

Sapience Suppers
Sapience Suppers, a tradition started at our 2019 summit in New Orleans, give us the opportunity to go deeper with conversation and relationship-building amongst the members of our community. We will match you with several other summit participants who may share similar industries, interests, geographic locations, or life stages, and give you some discussion prompts to help you build the long-lasting and meaningful relationships for which Tide Risers is known.
For our alumnae, you’ll enjoy a reunion with your cohort! We'll provide simple instructions and discussion prompts; you’ll provide your supper and get comfy in front of your screen for some great connection and conversation.
