About Maëlle

Maëlle Fonteneau is a certified coach, talent consultant and facilitator. She serves as the Tide Risers Facilitator in Jersey City cohort and originally joined Tide Risers as a participant in NYC.

As a coach, Maelle works to support leaders who are juggling a lot. Through 1:1 and group settings, she helps individuals deepen their self awareness, understand what’s standing in their way and create new approaches to meet their goals and find more fulfillment. She also supports organizations as a talent consultant, leading recruitment and culture building efforts that strengthen their ability to support their staff and deepen their impact. She has spent the last 15 years working in the nonprofit sector, both in human resources and in direct service. She’s the mom of two and lives in NJ.
