About Lara

Lara Holliday is the Founder and CEO of Tide Risers. She also serves as a coach and advisor for purpose-driven leaders and teams. She coaches individuals on a one-to-one basis and also speaks to groups on a range of topics including getting unstuck; finding your ‘Emprise’; entrepreneurship; community-building; and female leadership. Lara founded Tide Risers in 2017 to create a deliberate community for women leaders and a fresh new resource for women to uplevel themselves personally and professionally. From its beginnings in New York City, Tide Risers has grown to a powerful network of hundreds of women leaders across the United States and the United Kingdom. Lara’s design and execution of the Tide Risers expansion plan has spawned an innovative new model for leadership development and female-centric entrepreneurial success.

Lara is also the founder of Bergen Street Strategy, which provides communications and fundraising coaching and consulting services to make great organizations even better. Lara grew up on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. After 25 years of living in New York City, she has recently relocated to London, satisfying a rather relentless sense of adventure. She is now happily living in London with her husband, two daughters, and their rambunctious rescue dog, Rowdy.
