Movement to Spark Healing and Reduce Stress

Core and Restore with Hilary Clark will take place during our break on Saturday and will give you the opportunity to strengthen and restore your body and your mind. Part meditation part physical practice, Hilary’s practice aims to connect us to deep core resonance and strength. We will focus on engaging the deep transversus abdominal muscles with timed breath support through the entirety of the class.

The session includes awareness exercises, deep breathing, detailed anatomical instruction when needed, and whole bodied movement with the priority on calming the nervous system, expansive awareness, and supple core conditioning.
