Vargas has never shied away from unfamiliar terrain. Growing up she was infatuated with trying and mastering all of her ambitions. Fast forward to adulthood, her procured adaptability has ensured she is well adept to disentangle any challenge in her path. During her illustrious 10+ year career in adolescent development, she was admired and praised for being the go-to individual with all the know-how. Her wide breadth of knowledge and resources made it hard to consider anyone else. It was widely understood that Vargas can be trusted and relied on to get the job done, and well.

Vargas remembers being the youngest and only hispanic woman in the office for much of her career. She recalls the pressure to outperform her peers and prove her value long before being heard. Knowing the depth of her abilities, Vargas admits that she was operating beneath her calling. Beyond being presented with a problem and relied on for the solution, she knew she was capable of being an integral asset to the larger process. Stifled by her title, she accepted that there was no room for further growth as an Intervention Specialist for the state of Connecticut. For Vargas, this meant change. Harnessing her internal compass, she grabbed all gained during her tenure and made the bold decision to create her own seat at her own table. “Put yourself in position to win on purpose,” she constantly recites; understanding that no one is going to recognize you or create your opportunities, you absolutely have to create them for yourself.

In 2013, Vargas built that table and gave herself a seat as the founder of Designing THEIR Future, starting as a mobile organization specializing in meeting adolescents' needs that promote self-confidence, social and emotional development, and increases motivation through service-learning. Designing THEIR Future has collaborated with big original empowerment brands like Barbie and Always that support girls and young women to own their voice, identity, and design a future that is theirs. Dreaming big does not end here for Vargas as she prepares the launching of a lifestyle agency, Kreative Solutions, that supports female entrepreneurs with back and forth business solutions and strategies, inclusive event planning, publicity support, branding, and technology development. Leveraging her vast supply of resources and connections, her clients will never go unsupported. Kreative Solutions services will be expanding to individual brands, key influencers, entrepreneurs, and small-mid sized business owners

Vargas wears many hats; however, she prides herself in providing opportunities for others that need the space to flourish in their craft without limitation. Vargas' ability to thrive by instinct has landed her right where she needs to be. As she continues to liberate herself towards her purpose and actively remove restraints, her potential is boundless.
