A Strong Start to 2020

I am so happy to announce that we have just finished the applications and acceptance processes for the 2020 cohorts of Tide Risers! Our cohort facilitators are just glowing with pride about the tremendous caliber of women we have brought on this year, and I am so looking forward to getting to know our new Members and being a part of their journey. 

Sometimes, when we are lucky, we have this extraordinary opportunity to create exactly what is missing from our lives. That’s how Tide Risers came to be. Several years ago, I found myself frustrated by a feeling of a lack of mentorship, quality professional development options, and not enough time to have rich and meaningful discussions with the fabulous and brilliant women in my life. 

At the same time, many of my coaching clients were experiencing similar issues in their personal and professional lives, and I just kept wanting to connect them so they could provide one another with support, resource sharing, and accountability. The vision for Tide Risers grew out of this need. As I developed the Tide Risers model with the input of a number of incredibly talented women who saw and shared my vision, I knew that no matter what, I had to try to make this vision a reality.  

I’m so proud of how that vision has been actualized. Tide Risers is a unique journey of professional and personal development carefully designed to help our Members clarify their intentions, identify and amplify their strengths, and show up stronger and more effective in every aspect of their lives. The Tide Risers experience is an emergent, highly individualized process, offering the potential for dramatic shifts that enable us to lead our best lives.

And it seems to be working. Tide Risers has grown quickly from our first group in New York City in 2017 to cohorts across the United States, giving us the opportunity to expand our network and to welcome a truly remarkable team of coaches and experts who lead our Members through our program.

These are some of the most talented, hard-working, vivacious women I know, and I am so happy that our new Members entering 2020 cohorts will enjoy the benefit of having them in their lives. These women, and the entire Tide Risers community, have been such a gift in my life, and I am so happy that I get to share this gift with you.
