Vincena Allen is the chief growth officer at The SEED Foundation where she leads college matching, transition, and success initiatives across SEED’s small network of public college prep boarding schools and is now expanding their expertise in college completion to external stakeholders. Vincena describes herself as an education advocate who is dedicated to eradicating systemic inequities, supporting the development and advancement of diverse leaders, and helping women explore the “second act” of their professional journey and honoring the power of their personal story.
