Maëlle Fonteneau

Maëlle Fonteneau is a certified coach, talent consultant and facilitator. She serves as a member of the Tide Risers Leadership Team and in 2021, she was a lead facilitator as well as a coach to Tide Risers members. As a coach, Maëlle works to support leaders who are juggling a lot. Through 1:1 and group settings, she helps individuals deepen their self awareness, understand what’s standing in their way and create new approaches to meet their goals and find more fulfillment. She specializes in supporting women through career transitions, bridging her work as a coach with her technical experience as a recruiter.

In addition to coaching, Maëlle supports nonprofit organizations as a talent consultant. In this capacity, she leads talent strategy projects, executive search and culture building efforts, supporting leaders to create inclusive and supportive work environments.

She has spent +15 years working in the nonprofit sector, both in human resources and in providing direct social services. She’s the mom of two and lives in NJ.
