Antionette Chukudebelu
Antoinette Chukudebelu has dedicated her life to service, empowering women and people of color and making organizations better. Antoinette has a passion for supporting people in the workplace and helping people fulfill their potential both in and outside of the workplace. She believes in being a constant learner, the power of innovation and creative vision setting.
Antoinette currently holds the role of Vice President of People for Murmuration, a non-profit organization aimed at transforming the politics of education. In this role she is responsible for overseeing Murmuration’s human capital strategy, performance management, talent acquisition, HR, DEI, culture and professional development processes. Over the course of her career, she has held many different roles in the education sector. She began her career as a kindergarten teacher in the New York City Department of Education. She also held many roles at Relay Graduate School of Education where she helped grow the organization from 30 to over 300 people. Antoinette is well known for her strong leadership skills, ability to relate to people and sound decision making.
Antoinette received her M.P.A from New York University, a M.S.T in Early Childhood from Pace University and a B.A in History and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. Antoinette also holds a coaching certification from Columbia University and iPEC.
Antoinette is happiest when she is living in the moment and engaging in new experiences with her husband and four children.
