How We Rise This Tide

Many of you have been with me since the very beginning of my Tide Risers journey, generously giving your time and talent to help me dream up, plan, design, and implement this wild idea. I'll never forget the magic moments when creative breakthroughs would happen during brainstorm sessions, when someone would volunteer their time in unexpectedly generous ways, and the magic of the first gathering of our community in New York City in January 2017. 

A lot has happened since then. We have grown quickly, brought on tremendous talent, and made wonderful improvements to our curriculum. None of this would have happened without the strong community of support that I have enjoyed since the very beginning.

This collective effort to grow Tide Risers has been a model for the ethos we seek to build amongst our Members -- a community of support and accountability, helping us get unstuck and advance in our own highly individualized ways. I see my own experience launching Tide Risers mirrored in the work our Members are doing within their cohorts, and also across cohorts through our alumnae program. I can't tell you how rewarding it is to see that magic happening for so many of you.



This Thanksgiving, I have so much to be grateful for: my family, my friends, the opportunity to be an entrepreneur, and the flexibility to live where I choose. I am also so grateful to all of you for supporting me and Tide Risers every step of the way. Thank you so much.
