Lorraine Madala
Lorraine Madala is a Talent and Culture Partner at Capital One, where she helps people and teams amplify their impact. Previously, she led learning and development at Leadership for Educational Equity and global diversity and inclusion initiatives at Lockheed Martin.
Lorraine has almost twenty years of experience in nonprofit, government and private sectors in the U.S. and abroad. She began her career as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer, developing youth social entrepreneurs with Ashoka: Innovators for the Public. Throughout her career, she led many human capital projects at Deloitte Consulting, Cisco Systems, and Prince George’s County Public Schools.
Lorraine has a Senior Professional of Human Resources Certification, an M.B.A. from University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, an M.Ed. from the Broad Center, and a B.A. in International Relations and Child Development from Tufts University. She also serves as Board Treasurer for Lee Montessori Public Charter School.
She’s learning to live abundantly with her husband and two daughters in Northern Virginia.
