Callan Blount Fleming is the founder and CEO of Spark Collective, a leadership development firm and consultancy on a mission to make work actually work for parents. She is also the founder of Tablestakes, the only career guide in your pocket that supports career shifters with daily exercises and tools to get clarity, confidence, and culture intel to build careers and lives they love.

Callan is a mom of two, wife, founder, ICF certified coach, facilitator, and speaker (SXSW ‘21, Women's Venture Summit, HeyMama '21 Conference and more) with more than a decade of experience in developing executives, organizational design, equity and inclusion, and leading women-centric communities and initiatives.

She has worked with thousands of leaders in innovative organizations, including Hungryroot, GoodRx, Brooklyn Public Library, and the International Day of Purpose. She is a lead facilitator for Chief and lead coach for Tide Risers. Callan has coached leaders at Wharton Business School, Teach for America, Discovery Inc., Twitter, Vice Media, and more.

Callan graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Religious Studies, earned a Master's in the Science of Teaching at Pace University while teaching with Teach for America, and received her executive coaching certificate from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership.
