Terms and Conditions: Retreats
Costs & Payment
The costs for the services is set out on our website. All costs shown include VAT.
We require a 50% deposit or payment in full upon booking your retreat. You will not have a confirmed reservation for our services until we have received your deposit. In certain circumstances, if the services are cancelled, your deposit may be refunded in full or in part as explained below.
The balance of the retreat fee, including your selected Add-On Services, if any, is due to be paid in full 30 days before the start of your retreat. If you are booking less than 45 days before the start date of your retreat, the total payment is due at the time of booking. If we do not receive your total payment on or before the times set out above, we may cancel your reservation without notice to you.
If we have difficulty authorising your payment method or it is otherwise in error, we may suspend or cancel your reservation. We will try to take reasonable steps to retry your payment method and may contact you to provide an alternate method. We are not responsible for any fees (such as overdraft fees) you may incur when charging or retrying your payment method.
Problems with Our Services & Your Rights
We use reasonable efforts to ensure that your retreat experience is enjoyable and trouble-free. If, however, you have a problem with our services, we ask that you tell us as soon as is reasonably possible. We will use reasonable efforts to remedy problems as quickly as is reasonably possible and practical.
As a consumer, you have certain legal rights with respect to our services. For full details of your legal rights and guidance on exercising them, it is recommended that you contact your local citizens advice bureau or Trading Standards office.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel your reservation, in which case the following cancellation fees will apply:
Your Right to Cancel
90 days or more before the start date of your retreat, you will be refunded all amounts paid to us up to that date for your retreat,
between 60 – 90 days before the start date of your retreat, you will be refunded 50% of all amounts paid
less than 60 days before the start date of your retreat, you will not be entitled to any refund and you will forfeit all amounts paid.
These cancellation fees are necessary due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance. Thank you for understanding that exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason.

Our Right to Cancel
We may need to cancel the services at any time for any reason (including for example, the unavailability of the venue, required personnel or materials or for events outside of our control). If such cancellation is necessary, we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible. If you have made any payment to us, these sums will be refunded to you as soon as is reasonably possible, and in any event within 14 calendar days of us telling you of the cancellation.
Please note that in either case, we are not responsible for any other consequential amounts you may have incurred (including preparation costs, additional travel and/or accommodation costs, travel documents etc.).
