• Strive to live up to our Tide Risers Leadership Principles.

• Bring full participation and an open mind and heart to Tide Risers sessions.

• Be punctual in terms of attendance and payment of dues.

• Hold everything you hear in Tide Risers sessions in the strictest of confidentiality.

• Make at least one contribution to the community per year. This may be writing a post for the blog, leading a workshop, mentoring another member, or making a presentation about a subject matter of interest to the group.
