When I first heard about Tide Risers, I was thrilled because I had always craved a network of professional women to learn with and from. What I found was a rich community and program much deeper than I could have imagined.

Tide Risers activated me to reflect on my direction and purpose through intentional programming at a very challenging time in my life. It unlocked new perspectives that empowered me to challenge and shift the narratives I had trained myself to believe, which led me to a new professional opportunity that energizes me.

I received support and accountability from the incredible women in my cohort, learning through our discussions and diversity of thought. I thought I was showing up for professional development, but I continue to grow so wholly as a person through a powerful ecosystem of support and learning opportunities.

Tide Risers also provided me a sense of safety to honestly and authentically show up as I am as I explore vulnerable, new parts of my journey. This speaks volumes of the inspiring women within the community.
