Clarifying My Strengths

I was very excited when I saw the opportunity to participate in a Tide Risers online intensive program. As a Canadian, I'd been interested in Tide Risers and was eager to experience what it offered. The intensive did not disappoint, and in fact whetted the appetite for more.

Lara skillfully creates a safe space that encourages self-reflection and provides a framework to guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself. It was a fantastic opportunity for me to gain even more clarity on who I am, my strengths, and how I can contribute to this world in a way that is aligned with my values.

I highly recommend this program - a rare opportunity for all as this is a virtual program.
