Finding My Purpose

Before joining Tide Risers, I put out into the universe that I would love to be part of a mastermind group of women focused on learning and creating a better world for themselves. Not too long after, a friend and former colleague reached out to me about joining Tide Risers. She shared the vision of the group and the diversity of the group. I was hesitant – I felt as though I was also at a crossroads. Do I take a chance on me, or continue with my daily life of working, being a mother and wife, and feeling like there was more I could be doing? I decided to take a chance on me. Am I glad I did!

Through Tide Risers, I was able to put a language around what was holding me back. I saw and connected with amazing women pushing through societal limits on women and how they were making a difference in their families and communities. 

As a mother of a young girl, the tools gained, and the community generated through Tide Risers are super important to me. I want her to see that women do support and inspire each other. I want her to see how we support each other to shine. Through Tide Risers, I have gained greater clarity on my purpose. As a result, I am on the journey to support women to gain greater clarity on their purpose to live joyously.
