Coaching Agreement
Making the decision to engage with a coach is a key moment in your professional or personal pathway. Coaching gives you the opportunity to determine meaningful goals, clarify your plans, and be challenged by an informed and dedicated partner.
The Tide Risers coaching methodology builds trust and respect through an environment of creativity and discovery, enabling your best self to emerge, strengthen, and thrive.
The coach/client relationship is a special one, and to ensure you get the most out of it, we ask that you read and acknowledge the following expectations about client responsibilities:
Client Responsibilities:

Arrive at each session with a set of pre-determined intentions for your work during the session
Be fully present for each session
Allow sufficient time for the performance of agreed-upon assignments between sessions
Record any learnings, reflections or “ah-ha” moments during and/or after sessions
Promptly advise your coach if at any time our coaching services are not meeting your needs
Also, by booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Coaching is not designed to diagnose or treat illness and is not a substitute for medical treatment of any kind.
Coaching sessions will be confidential with two exceptions:
